Career
Silvia Tomassone advises national and international clients on all issues relating to individual and collective labour law. She has particular experience in the pharmaceutical and insurance sectors as well as in the system catering industry. As a member of the team led by Hendrik Kornbichler, a partner in our Munich office, Silvia has advised numerous clients on the complex process of company reorganization.
Our clients value her reliable and pragmatic advice and her resolution-oriented style of negotiation, a skill which is called for in negotiations with both employee representatives and employees. Together with her clients, she was able to efficiently and smoothly resolve a wide range of different disputes with employees and conclude termination processes. Silvia is a litigator with court experience. She has represented a large number of clients in proceedings before labour courts and on collective labour law matters throughout Germany.
