Mr Benjamin Schröer

Work Department
Intellectual Property
Position
Benjamin has proven to be a creative IP litigator who thinks “out of the box” to create solutions for his clients which make a difference in practice. In the first years of his professional career, he developed an entirely new approach on how to litigate product piracy cases for brand owners. This approach, which was later adopted by the German Federal Supreme Court in the so-called “CONVERSE I” decision, strongly facilitated his client’s fight against counterfeit products.
