Nicola is a partner in our Corporate Group in London, advising clients on all corporate finance transactions, particularly cross-border transactions. She has acted for major listed and private companies on public and private M&A, joint ventures, demergers and restructurings as well as both primary and capital raisings. Recently, Nicola has firmly established herself as a leading light in the insurance sector, working closely on the firm's relationships with several key insurance clients.
