Charlotte Damiano is a partner in our Global Regulatory practice.

She assists Life Sciences players in issues relating to the market access of pharmaceutical products and medical devices. She is specialized in health technology assessment, early access programs, pricing and reimbursement and financial regulation (net price, safeguard clause, clawbacks) of health care products in France and abroad. She has extensive experience in market access, including in the context of disputes against the French health authorities. She assists clients in their negotiations with the health authorities (Ministry of health, central authorities, Economic committee of healthcare products notably) and has a strong network and knowledge of these authorities – before assisting them before courts.

She also represents pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices companies in the context of tax and social security matters and litigations regarding all the financial aspects of the sale of healthcare products (contributions on sales, safeguard clause) .

Thus, Charlotte has a strong expertise in the life sciences sector.
