Matthieu Grollemund is a Corporate partner in our Paris office and a member of our global Private Equity leadership team.

Triple qualified in French, US and UK law, he is a seasoned corporate lawyer active in complex and cross-border transactions. He focuses on private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, public and private corporations, boards of directors, and special committees in their most sensitive investments, public and private M&A transactions, IPOs, amicable or hostile transactions. He is particularly known in the Tech and Healthcare industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Matthieu Grollemund was Co-Head of the Paris Corporate Department of an international law firm. He also spent five years as a partner in a US-based global law firm in the New York office.
