For almost twenty years, Sabine Bironneau, partner, has focused on leveraged and acquisition finance, as well as corporate finance. Recognized for her “excellent” and “efficient” service, her advice is mainly sought by lenders both on domestic and complex cross-border financial transactions. Always willing to answer her clients’ needs in an ever changing financing market, Sabine has more recently developed a strong expertise on direct lending with the rise of private debt funds, unitranche financing and other disintermediated financing.
