Eric Paroche, partner, leads the Paris office’s Antitrust, Competition and Economic Regulation practice. Through his past experience at the European Commission and his diverse practice in many industry sectors, Eric puts forward workable, business oriented solutions. He assists companies in their merger control filings and the drafting of their commercial agreements, represents them in proceedings relating to anticompetitive practices before the European Commission, the French Competition Authority, and the Courts of appeal, and advises them on State aids.
