Florian Brechon is a partner in our Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Paris. He advises on corporate law, particularly on mergers and acquisitions and private equity accompanying managers and private equity funds in their leveraged buyout and capital development transactions.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells in May 2016, Florian worked at the Paul Hastings corporate department in Paris for four years and at the Gide Loyrette Nouel corporate department in both Paris and Shanghai for four years.
