Career

As a partner in our Strategic Operations, Agreements and Regulation group, Patrice Navarro leads our Paris Privacy and Cybersecurity team and focuses his practice on data privacy, information technology, commercial contracts and life sciences. Patrice brings his extensive experience, and his enthusiasm for technology and sciences related matters, in contract drafting and in privacy issue-solving in all kind of industries, especially in the Life Sciences sector. He has 15 years’ experience dealing with a variety of complex and strategic projects in these sectors, including two years’ experience with a preeminent judicial leader at the court of appeal of Paris specialized in TMT.

Patrice advises clients on all major data and privacy issues ranging from notification of data breaches, assistance in the event of Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés investigations, setting up comprehensive privacy policies, to advising on data lakes and major data governance issues. Patrice also advises clients with any IT issues, such as outsourcing, online compliance, internet law and liability, software as a service, or cloud solutions and software implementation.
