As counsel in our Corporate & Finance Group, Aldo Boni De Nobili focuses his practice on transactional corporate matters. He advises a range of clients, including foreign multinational corporations and Chinese investors, primarily on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, outbound investments and foreign direct investment into China in the automotive, TMT, retail, food and beverage, real estate, education, and banking industries, among others. His practice also covers infrastructure and energy projects. As counsel in our Corporate & Finance Group and Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects (IERP) Group, Aldo focuses his practice on transactional finance and corporate matters. He advises a range of clients (including government agencies, banks, sponsors, project entities and export credit agencies) in connection with the structuring and implementation of a variety of financing transactions, including in the areas of bank finance and project finance. His practice also involves providing assistance to Chinese and foreign investors on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, outbound investments and foreign direct investment into China in the automotive, retail, food and beverage, education, e-commerce, and banking industries, among others. Aldo was admitted to practice law in Italy, Milan, 2012. He  joined Hogan Lovells' Milan team in 2012, where he was an associate in the Finance Group, and has been working in our Beijing office since 2013.
