Hogan Lovells partner Birgit Reese has more than 20 years' experience advising German and international clients in the insurance industry. Her practice focusses on domestic and cross-border, public and private merger and acquisition transactions. Furthermore, she advises on reorganisations, corporate governance, insurance regulatory, and corporate compliance issues.

Birgit joined Hogan Lovells in 2016. Before, she worked as a partner for two other major international law firms.
