Christoph Küppers focuses on all tax and accounting aspects of acquisition and group restructurings, including in a cross-border context, and on all tax and accounting aspects associated with insurance and reinsurance products. He also advises on the full range of regulatory matters affecting the insurance industry and on specific corporate aspects, e.g. in relation to mutual and public insurers. Christoph advises clients from the financial industry sector (insurance and reinsurance companies, pension funds, banks, private equity houses), concentrating on insurance and reinsurance companies conducting business in Europe. Christoph is qualified as an MBA (Dipl. Kfm.), Lawyer (Rechtsanwalt), Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater), and Chartered Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer).
