Martin Fähndrich focuses on patent litigation and has successfully run more than a hundred cases before the German infringement courts in Dusseldorf, Mannheim and Munich. Martin particularly focuses on representing his clients in opposition proceedings at the European Patent Office and in nullity actions at the German patent court (Bundespatentgericht). Martin has significant experience in the FRAND defense. He has run with numerous multi-jurisdictional matters and is familiar with setting up cross-border litigation strategies. He has a significant track record in negotiating and drafting licensing agreements and settlements.
