Clara Lázaro is an Associate in our IPMT group and Information Technology, Media and Data Protection practice. Clara Lázaro advises mainly on privacy and data protection, but also in cybersecurity, intellectual property, e-commerce and information society services (ISS) matters, as well as image rights and IT law. Clara is particularly focused on providing daily advice to national and international entities from various sectors, especially from the insurance, health and technology sectors, on data protection matters, e-privacy, e-commerce, Internet and commercial advertising; as well as on the review and negotiation of IT/IP and software agreements. Furthermore, Clara also has in-house experience in the technology sector after spending several months working in the data protection legal department of a multinational company advising on global privacy issues; most of them related to the implementation of new AI related software and digital marketing solutions.
