Lucas Osorio is the Madrid Office Managing Partner and a partner in the Corporate practice. He has extensive experience advising on strategic alliances, M&A and PPP projects, with special focus on infrastructures. He is a former State Lawyer (Abogado del Estado), having worked for seven years in the Spanish public sector on matters of administrative law, public procurement, and regulatory law.
