Audrey Reed is a partner in the Hogan Lovells Intellectual Property, Media and Technology group and a member of the steering committees for our global IP Transactions practice and our U.S. Commercial practice. Audrey advises domestic and international clients of all sizes on the acquisition, development, protection, and commercialization of products and services. She counsels clients on outsourcing arrangements, licensing agreements, cloud computing arrangements, marketing and advertising agreements, services agreements, and all aspects of the supply chain including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution arrangements.

Audrey also advises companies on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions involving technology and intellectual property assets, including transition services, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and corporate partnering arrangements.

Audrey represents clients across industries, including automotive and mobility, aerospace, technology, consumer, and diversified industrials.
