Nick Holman co-leads our Investment Funds Group and is proud that he has spent his entire professional career at the firm.

Nick has extensive experience across a broad range of alternative investment funds, and advises both fund managers and institutional investors. He is also recognized widely for his work on the launches of infrastructure, private equity and credit/debt funds.

Nick is very focused on ensuring that both he and his team provide thoughtful advice that is tailored for each situation. He is immersed in the funds industry, advising fund associations in both the US and UK on a range of business-critical matters. He is often asked to impart his detailed knowledge and experience by speaking at key industry conferences and seminars, both nationally and globally.
