Piotr Kwasiborski joined the Hogan Lovells Warsaw Office in February 2013. He works in the Corporate and M&A department where he co-operates with Polish and international clients advising mostly on M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and reorganisations.

Piotr graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University in 2013. He graduated also from the English and European Law course managed by the British Law Centre. Currently he is a PhD student at the department of European law at Warsaw University.
