Career

Nicolas Palos dedicates his expertise to the taxation of private and public companies as well as individuals.

He assists his clients in their day-to-day tax issues and advises them in their relations with the French tax authorities, in the context of tax audits, tax adjustments or tax litigation, as well as in the context of tax rescripts. He also has extensive experience in the taxation of executives, company directors, shareholders and managers, and thus devotes a large part of his practice to asset taxation.

He also regularly advises on the tax structuring of corporate M&A and LBO transactions. Nicolas has also developed an expertise in real estate taxation.

After having worked in the International Department of Fidal in Paris, between 2009 and 2015, he continued his activity with PwC Société d’Avocats in Nantes. He joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2019 where he practices as a partner. He is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux and regularly leads training sessions on current topics.

Nicolas works in French as well as in English.
