Marie-Alix Troadec assists companies and groups of companies in corporate law, on a daily basis as well as in more complex transactions: creation, structuring and restructuring (creation and organization of groups, mergers, spin-offs, partial asset contributions, etc.), external growth (whether through mergers and acquisitions, take-overs or acquisitions of funds), transfers of control, equity transactions.

Marie-Alix Troadec advises clients from all areas of economic activity and particularly in the health and food industries.

Marie-Alix Troadec holds a Master II degree in Intellectual Property from the University of Nantes and a DJCE / Master II degree in Business Law from the University of Rennes (Corporate Law option). After various experiences in corporate law in Nantes and Paris (Oratio, Avodire and CLP-Cliperton law firms), she joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2015.
