Matthieu GUIGNARD started off at Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2001. He has been a partner in the firm since 2010.

Practicing in the area of company law, he has strong experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, capital investment, and reorganisations and restructuring of companies and groups.

He represents clients consisting principally of company management and investment funds. His practice area covers all tax aspects of such transactions.

Matthieu GUIGNARD has also developed expertise in financing transactions (financing of acquisitions, industrial facilities, and real property) to which he devotes a significant portion of his practice and, in this regard, represents banks and borrowers in connection with the implementation of structured finance transactions.

Holder of a master’s degree in business law from the University of Rennes (DJCE), Matthieu GUIGNARD is also a member of several professional associations.
