Florent LUCAS was called to the Bar in 1998 and joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel. He has been a partner with the firm since 2007.

Florent LUCAS holds a double first degree in Property Law and Commercial and professional leases. His practice concentrates on property law, where he both advises and litigates in matters involving leases (commercial, civil, and professional), construction, condominiums, or liability in the sale of a property.

He is a founding member of Association G’ (“Groupement des Professionnels de l’Immobilier” – Grouping of Property Professionals), which brings together professionals involved in the world of property.

Florent LUCAS has also developed a significant practice in the field of intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, patents, designs, and models). He participates in meetings with Intellectual Property specialists under the auspices of the regional branch of the INPI.
