With a Masters in business & taxation law and a Masters II in business creation and innovative project management from the University of Bordeaux, and specialising in law related to societies, associations and foundations, Hubert Biard has more than fifteen years of experience in a number of different economic sectors.

A lawyer with Cabinet Taj since 2007, a member of the DELOITTE network, he was the head of the Bordeaux office for over 6 years.

In addition to his technical expertise, his experience of management and operational management, Hubert Biard is also a certified and accredited mediator with the Court of Appeal in Bordeaux.

His mastery of negotiation techniques as well as his extensive knowledge of corporate law and contract law, particularly in respect of wine and wine–making, make him a key player.

He advises clients in relation to the selection, implementation and securing of acquisitions and acquisition structures, taking into consideration the strategy of national and international partners.
