He also has expertise within the area of Immigration which he practices. In addition, Arif is also a qualified Mediator and is regularly instructed to act in mediations..

Dispute Management

He has experience in a wide range of litigated areas, from Professional Negligence, Contentious Probate to Charity and Trust Disputes and Consumer Litigation. He also has experience in advising a wide range of clients which include, Sports Players, Sports Teams, large international plc’s, private individuals as well as individual and family-owned businesses.

Arif has a keen interest in alternative dispute resolution which includes mediations, arbitrations and negotiations.

Immigration

Arif is a member of the firm’s immigration team and advises and assists clients with all aspects of business and sports immigration which includes advising on sponsorships and visas under the points based systems and other immigration categories as well as recruitment of migrant workers. He also advises clients on applying for sponsor’s licenses from the Home Office and complying with their sponsorship obligations once they are licensed. He also provides advice and assists with private entry clearance to the UK whether you an individual is looking to work, study, live or marry in the UK.

Mediation

Arif has a keen interest in mediation and pursuing further studies in this area. Further, he speaks to clients in their terms and their language making them feel at ease to make mediation effective and productive.

By way of background, Arif has a science-based degree and also a degree in Law which he completed in two years. He also speaks a variety of different languages from urdu, hindi, kokni, marathi.
