Jeremy comes to CFLP from a background of representing children in the High Court on behalf of Cafcass Legal. Jeremy has 15 years of post-qualification experience, mainly practicing in highly complex children disputes in London. Jeremy brings a unique wealth of experience in representing and advising clients on the whole spectrum of family law issues, including complex children matters, international and domestic relocation disputes, surrogacy and assisted conception cases, medical treatment, recognition of foreign adoptions and financial disputes for married or unmarried couples.  He acts for the child in the ground-breaking case of R (McConnell) v General Registrar for England & Wales [2020] EWCA Civ 559 and represented the mothers in the leading case of Osborne & Anor v Cambridgeshire County Council [2022] EWHC 1982 (Admin) (25 July 2022).  His backlog of reported cases and unique experience makes him a first port of call in complex legal cases involving children.

Jeremy is in high demand as a mediator and Arbitrator for children disputes which makes up a large proportion of his work.
