Jacques Messeca heads our Wealth Law and Taxation Department.

Jacques has extensive experience in wealth taxation, assisting French and foreign families, executives and entrepreneurs with their tax, wealth and declaration management, particularly with a strong international dimension (international share schemes, inheritance, planning, tax residency, impatriation, etc.). He has also developed significant expertise in pre-litigation, tax audit and litigation, and criminal tax law.

Passionate about sports, Jacques also advises clubs, federations, leagues, sports agents, professional club associations, investors and top athletes in France and abroad.

Jacques currently teaches tax law at both the University of Lille and the University of Aix-Marseille as part of the Master Professionnel de Droit du Sport. He is also an active member of several associations, including the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux), the AIAF (Association Internationale des Avocats du Football) and the AADS (Association des Avocats en Droit du Sport), which he co-founded.
