Position
Tom advises on all aspects of corporate transactions, specialising in complex cross-border M&A.
Tom’s practice encompasses private and public acquisitions and disposals, carve-outs, private equity transactions, equity capital markets situations and advisory mandates. He has experience across a variety of sectors and geographies, with a particular focus on multi-jurisdictional M&A.
He spent time on secondment in the Geneva-based legal team of one of the world’s largest commodity traders, as well as a year in New York as a visiting attorney at a leading US law firm. Tom is the author of a number of practitioner publications on a range of topics, including public and private M&A, corporate governance and ESG, and is the current contributing editor of the Legal 500 corporate governance guide.
