Position
Simon undertakes a broad range of domestic and international M&A and private equity work across a number of sectors involving acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and joint ventures and advises on transactions in the hotel and wider real estate sectors.
Simon acts for a number of private equity clients in relation to acquisitions and disposals in the UK and overseas as well as the acquisition and restructuring of assets for turnaround investors.
Simon also has significant experience in advising on deals in the hotel and wider real estate sectors, having acted for operators, developers and investors on the acquisition and disposal and related joint venture arrangements of numerous hotels and real estate projects. Simon is a member of our hotels group.
