Sylvain is licensed as an attorney in France (Paris Bar) and in the State of California.

After obtaining a Master’s degree in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property from Paris II – Panthéon Assas University, Sylvain continued his training at the University of Chicago-Kent in the United States. He graduated with an LLM. in International and Comparative Law.

Sylvain works as a member of the team in the field of technologies, providing both consulting and contract drafting and negotiation, particularly in the sectors of Ad-Tech (Ad-networks, DSP, SSP, DMP) and Internet services. He has developed in-depth expertise in the regulation of personal data. Sylvain also advises and litigates in media law and literary and artistic property, particularly in the music and audiovisual sectors.

Sylvain has developed a keen interest in advanced technologies (artificial intelligence, robotics, autonomous vehicles, etc.) and regularly publishes articles in this field.
