Associate

Nina provides advice to both companies and individuals on all aspects of employment law, in particular on how to manage and resolve the day-to-day employment issues that can arise in the workplace.  Nina's clients benefit from her experience acting on behalf of both individuals and companies in a range of sectors including theatre, start-ups, financial services, and technology.

Nina advises employers on disciplinary issues, performance and capability, disability and ill health of employees, redundancy, as well as employment tribunal litigation.  Reviews and prepares internal documentation for employers such as handbooks, policies and procedures, contracts, and settlement agreements. 

Nina supports individuals through disciplinary and grievance processes and advise a wide range of matters, such as unfair dismissal and discrimination concerns. This often leads to assisting employees in negotiated exits.

Provides advice and support on data protection matters that flow from employment relationships, such as data subject access requests and data transfer agreements.
