• Guides HR personnel through the necessary UKVI requirements to satisfy right-to-work checks, ensuring appropriate processes are in place to enable suitable monitoring of their sponsored employees; relevant reporting is undertaken and prepare businesses for visits from UKVI.
• Supports both business and individuals with their Sponsored UK visas under the Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility routes under Company sponsorship.
• Advises private clients with complex naturalisation and registration applications for British Citizenship, plus tailored. Supports private clients with family cases, including ancestry, Appendix FM and EUSS applications.
