He has advised on a number of public M&A transactions, including takeover offers and schemes of arrangement. He led the team which advised AIM-listed Rotala plc on its take-private transaction, which won the ‘Deal of the Year (£10 – 50m)’ category at the Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards 2024.
