In professional practice since 1987. Member of our Firm's Litigation Group. Collaborating professor on the Master in International Legal Practice and Industrial and Intellectual Property Advanced Programme at the IE Law School, Madrid 2003-2013. Visiting professor on the Master in Intellectual and Industrial Property at the Madrid Autonomous University, 2014. Professor of Unfair Competition, Master's Degree Programme, Comillas University - ICADE since 2015. Habitual lecturer at national and international teaching forums and seminars on IP matters. Member Unfair Competition Committee of INTA. Member Litigation Committee UNION-IP.  Vice-President of the Spanish Group of AIPPI. Advisory Expert selected by the China National Advisory Center for Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Settlement (CNIPA). With the firm, 1998.
