Tobias is a partner at the firm. He represents national and international clients in matters of commercial and civil law before national courts and arbitral tribunals, in particular in the fields of banking and financial markets law.

After completion of his studies at the University of Zurich, Tobias Aggteleky worked as a junior associate with Homburger AG and clerked at the High Court of the Canton of Argovia. In 2017 he was admitted to the bar and joined Kellerhals Carrard Lugano as a lawyer. Tobias Aggteleky then wrote a thesis in the field of financial markets law. Tobias Aggteleky has been with Niedermann Rechtsanwälte since 2019 and became a partner in 2024.
