Henrik is advising on general corporate and commercial legal issues, mainly within company and contractual relations, employment law and real estate. Henrik is a skilled litigator and attends frequently before the courts in different commercial court cases.

Henrik is an experienced teacher, formerly teaching at the University of Copenhagen and at the Metropolitan University College in insolvency.

Henrik Løbger is a board member and administrator in a number of foundations and is also a member of Københavns Advokatforening, Foreningen af Procedureadvokater and Foreningen for Erstatnings- og Forsikringsret.

Born 1978. Master of Laws, University of Copenhagen 2005. Admitted to the Danish Bar 2008. Right of audience before the Danish High Court in 2010 and right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court in 2015.
