In 2007, Charlotte was authorized as a lawyer at the courts in Glostrup, Frederiksberg, Lyngby and Østre Landsret, and has subsequently handled numerous criminal cases ranging from acquisitive crime and crimes against the person to major cases involving drugs, murder and human trafficking.

In addition to being a defense lawyer, Charlotte often acts as a victim��s lawyer for individuals who have been subjected to sexual or violent abuse. Furthermore, Charlotte has extensive experience in handling debt relief cases, a field she has worked in since 1994. These are primarily debt relief cases handled by the Probate Court of the Maritime and Commercial Court, but they can also involve acting as a creditor representative in appeal cases.

Over the past five years, Charlotte has taught topics related to Debt Relief through “Kursusunivers” Lastly, Charlotte has many years of experience in parental responsibility and visitation cases.

Education

Charlotte was born in 1968 and graduated as a Master of Laws (cand.jur.) from Aarhus University in 1993. Charlotte was admitted to practice before the High Courts in 2001 and before the Supreme Court in 2019.
