Career

Martin Andersen is primarily engaged in insolvency and restructuring, including handling bankruptcy estates and compulsory dissolution of companies.

Martin handles small and medium-sized bankruptcy estates in particular, including securing and handling the estate's assets and handling communication with the company's former management, owners and creditors. In connection with the bankruptcy proceedings, Martin handles various related disputes.

In addition, Martin deals with compulsory dissolution of companies and any corporate law issues that may arise in this connection. Among other things, he has experience in resuming, solvent liquidation, and mergers of companies under compulsory dissolution and handling operational issues along the way.

Education

Martin was born in 1997 and graduated with a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen in 2021. Martin also completed HD2 Financial Counseling at Copenhagen Business School in 2023. Since 2024, Martin has been an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen, where he teaches the bachelor's course Property and Creditor Law.
