Ms. Al-Bashir focuses her practice on the law and practice of international finance and corporate commercial. Ms. Al Bashir has experience in financing transactions, project finance, banking, corporate restructuring, corporate contract, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence reports, real estate investment, foreign investment, labor and intellectual property. 

Ms. Al-Bashir has assisted local and international businesses on their day-to-day operations, and has advised individuals and corporate clients on a wide range of Jordanian Laws including the Commercial Law, Investments Law, Competition Law, Companies Law, Commercial Agents and Middlemen Law, Banking Law, Labour and Social Security Laws.
