Senior Associate

Mr. Mestarihi joined IBLAW primarily in the Intellectual Property Department. He is also handling several matters in the litigation and dispute resolution department.

His practice has been focused on handling the IP litigation cases before all courts and before the Registrar of Trade Marks. In addition to getting involved in the preparation and filing of IP related cases including both civil and criminal, and conducting administrative procedures related thereto, like the enforcement of borders enforcement and market searches.

Further, Mr. Mestarihi is providing consultancy and handling litigation matters in the areas of Criminal law, Labor Law, Insurance and commercial;

He is also in charge of preparing and drafting statements, pleadings and memos in legal actions. Along with handling preparation of fee proposals and routine client queries and meetings.
