Miss. Al Wazani practice focuses on complex civil litigation, Intellectual property, white-collar crimes, and arbitral matters. She represents financial institutions, corporations, and governmental entities in numerous regulatory enforcement proceedings, white-collar crime investigations, intellectual property presentments, complex commercial litigation, and arbitration proceedings.

 She joined IBALW as a member of the Intellectual Property team and currently handles the administration of the Intellectual Property rights of IBLAW’s clients. She also coordinates and supervises the IP legal services rendered to the firm’s clients in the Middle East and North Africa. She also administers preparation and filing of IP-related oppositions, cancellation actions, and administrative border enforcement measures.

 Miss. Al Wazani renders advice to high-profile clients on multiple matters ranging from public policy considerations, intellectual property complexities to various civil and labour matters.

 In her five years of post-qualification experience, Mrs. Al Wazani represented international and national clients including governmental entities in complex litigation cases.

 Etidal is a legal research expert with considerable experience in legislative drafting and statutory interpretation. Etidal has a passion for unraveling code and providing clients with ways to achieve their objectives within the bounds of the statutes.
