As one of the principal shareholders of one of europe’s largest design & development companies, she has an insider’s understanding of all that goes into the creation and design of new products, affording her unique insights into the problems confronting the sector. Devising and planning international ip strategies adapted to the particular enterprise is something particularly close to her heart. Another important aspect of her work is competition law, advising on the advertising of medical or therapeutic products and on the procedures to be followed in cases of wrong appropriation.
