Douglas J. Dixon is a first-chair trial lawyer recognized by Chambers for his general commercial litigation work. Described by clients to Chambers as “a phenomenal courtroom lawyer” who “has unbelievable credibility with judges and juries,” Mr. Dixon navigates and advises clients on complex technological, regulatory, and business matters across multiple areas of the law.

Mr. Dixon’s practice focuses on high-stakes commercial disputes, including mass torts, antitrust, intellectual property, and securities litigation. He also frequently represents clients in investigations and regulatory proceedings.

In addition to being ranked by Chambers, Mr. Dixon has been named a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation. Mr. Dixon serves as board chair of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society-Orange County. He previously served on the board of directors of Public Law Center, the Constitutional Rights Foundation, and the Federal Bar Association. He is also active in providing service in his community.
