As a firm with a strong record of upholding and protecting our clients’ human rights, equality runs through our culture and is it something we try to promote at all times for all staff, regardless of position or seniority.

In 2019, the firm became part of The Law Society diversity and inclusion accreditation pilot, helping to develop a new way to help members and their organisations practice excellence in equality, diversity and inclusion. As part of this pilot, the firm is going through the accreditation process which includes a new suite of accreditations that the pilot is developing to cover gender, race and ethnicity, disability and well-being, LGBT+, and social mobility.

Latitude Law is also a supporter of Women in the Law UK. This is a not for profit organisation supporting the next leaders in law and encouraging career progression through personal development. Women in the Law ambassadors also focus on progressing social mobility in the legal profession.
