Her practice focuses on real estate development and financing, including matters related to land use, building permits, municipal receptions, mergers and subdivisions, title review, sales and purchases, leases, promises, construction contracts, claims, among other relevant matters, as well as corporate restructuring processes, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and sale or purchase of assets and companies’ negotiations.

She previously worked at EY Law (Ernst&Young) as a lawyer in the corporate group (2016 -2019) and at Fontaine y Cia. as a lawyer in the real estate group (2012-2016).
