Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and individual restructuring, sale or purchase of assets and companies’ negotiations, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, financing transactions, real estate development and financing, public offer securities issuance and other securities market matters.

Prior to joining MBC in 2021, she worked at Cariola, Díez, Pérez-Cotapos as a lawyer in the finance, M&A and corporate groups (2013-2021).
