Camila is a specialist in M&A, corporate law, foreign investment, corporate governance, contracts, and wealth planning. She was a founding member of CGM and has coordinated many of the firm's largest and most complex M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations. In addition, she advises clients on the day-to-day management of their activities, with focus on several corporate and contractual matters.

Camila was recognized as a Rising Star in Corporate and M&A by The Legal 500 in 2021, 2022 and 2023, and was shortlisted as Rising Star of the Year by the same publication in 2023.
