Career

Natali has more than 15 years of experience in Administrative Law and Public Contracts, and related matters, having represented clients before governmental authorities in antitrust/competition matters, as well as in claiming for the application of trade duties (antidumping, subsidies and safeguards), as well as granting special tax regimes. She has experience in coordinating complex forensic investigations, as well as in structuring and reviewing anti-corruption and competition compliance policies. Throughout her career, she has represented companies in several sectors including pharmaceuticals, medical products, electric energy, oil and gas, transport, chemical, and finance.

She is a member of the Competition Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Competition Law (IBRAC), has been nominated by the Brazilian antitrust authority (CADE) to act as a Non-Governmental Advisor before the International Competition Network (ICN), and was the director of the Women in Antitrust network (2018-2019).
