Partner. Specialized in Labour and Employment Consulting and Litigation, including cross-border issues. Leads harassment, discrimination and workplace internal investigations, especially in internal investigations and compliance, negotiations of collective bargaining agreements, reductions in force and management and prevention of strikes. Due Diligence and Consulting on Employment Aspects in M&A in Brazil, including post-closing issues.

Career

Patricia, a founding partner of CGM, leads the firm's labour and employment practice, providing both advisory and litigation services to domestic and international companies across a range of industries. She has extensive experience representing clients before the Brazilian Public Ministry of Labour and other government authorities, as well as in union negotiations nationwide.

Patricia also advises on diversity and equality matters, and as part of the firm’s compliance team, she conducts internal investigations related to labor issues. Her expertise includes handling cases involving harassment, discrimination, fraud, and workplace privacy.

In addition, Patricia manages labour projects across multiple countries in Latin America and serves as the Newsletter Editor for the "Industrial and Employment Relations Law Committee" of the International Bar Association (IBA).
