Partner at CGM, with over 16 years of experience, Fernanda has been a member of CGM since its founding and is one of the partners responsible for corporate and contractual practices.  Fernanda has advised Brazilian and foreign companies from various sectors, including luxury/fashion brands, marketplace, real estate investment funds, software companies, consumer goods manufacturers, steel and mining companies, primary industries, professional service providers, among others.

Her practice focuses especially on M&A, joint venture, corporate reorganization and financing transactions, in addition to corporate and contractual matters inserted in the day-to-day operations of companies. She has a wide repertoire in advising clients involving foreign investments in the country and in the management of their legal activities, making their business and expansion strategies viable at a national level.
