Lawyer with more than 20 years of professional experience in corporate counsel, with specialization in labor matters and in the contentious practice in constitutional, administrative, arbitration, civil and consumer defense venues, in different jurisdictions in all territorial regions of Ecuador. He has also acted as arbitration secretary in prestigious arbitration centers in the country since 2015.

In labor matters, his experience includes both individual and collective law. In the individual area, he has managed business structuring processes, planning and transfer of labor liabilities at the national level, advising leading companies in the oil, mining, automotive, aeronautical and tourism fields, whether in due diligence processes, relations with national authorities and public procurement processes, as well as litigation and judicial procurement.  both in administrative and judicial venues, in defence of the interests of its clients.

In collective matters, he has successfully managed collective disputes, collective agreements and other complex negotiation processes with workers' associations in national and multinational companies that generate high employment in Ecuador.

His leadership in the labor area has allowed him, on the one hand, to include consulting and counseling to international organizations, such as the International Labor Organization, as part of his services and client portfolio, as well as to participate as a professor of labor law at important universities such as the Universidad San Francisco de Quito and the Universidad SEK.

This leadership has been internationally recognized, considering their presence in the market and type of businesses advised; recognition that is promoted not only by its clients but also by its competence and colleagues in the profession.
